eBay is very much responsible for the fraud. They are aware of the issue and they choose to accept listing fee profit over the general welfare of eBay members.
The practice of offering Top Seller awards, only increases the fraud and shows just how exposed they are.
Frankly eBay’s internet sites are very flawed. Their fraud fighting team understaffed and only paying lip service.
Ebay will do anything to get revenue. They would sell their grandmother, if it generated $1 US is profit.
