Kingston never made one. Sony never made one. Sony never acquired Kingston’s DataTraveler usb flash drive brand line. So what is going on?

At wholesale sites in the orient, you will find strange things. Imagination rules. Targeted are the naive, those who wish to resell but who know nothing about the product they want to sell, except that usb flash drives are hot! They move. Enter fake flash wizards. Like many in the west, they are ready to speak business brandname babble. Whatever it takes to make a sale.

So now we have Kitty usb flash drives made jointly by Sony and Kingston. Both companies would be amazed to learn they are making one. The Kitty flash drive is probably one of the cutest fakes sold on eBay. So far it’s true capacity is not reported beyond 2GB.
