eBayers Against False Capacity Flash – Access Demand Too High

Posted on December 25, 2008 by

The FrankenFlash Project’seBayers Against False Capacity Flash website is temporarily closed until January 2009. The demand for information on Fake Flash devices on eBay has been too high during the month of December 2008. We blew the bandwidth quota. Arraugh!

Fortuantely SOSFakeFlash is the main site, eBayers Against False Capacity Flash is a mirrow with additional features and translation for our international members. We apologize for the inconvience.

If you need translation please use google’s translation facilities against SOSFakeFlash in the interim. We operate like most volenteer consumer sites – on a shoe string.

We are looking into adding more independent sites outside of WordPress.com as we are limited in the features we can offer. WordPress.com is terrific but they have to limit themes and features for compatibility – they upgrade and maintain the sites they host and free of cost.

Do you want more sites with additional features? If so please leave a comment. We are a public service and have avoided any commercial ploys – volunteers are exactly that, volunteers. They have to fund expenses from their own pockets. We would like to know how you feel about us adding a donate button on outside sites to help fund the web space hosting and costs we are incurring. For example :one of our sites is temporarily closed for the moment because we exceeded bandwidth.
