Flash drive memory sticks are not manufactured at a capacity higher than 256GB.

Will 512GB, 1TB or 2TB usb flash drives exist some day? Yes. They are not expected soon.
The cost will be expensive. DT310 512 usb flash drives first sold for more than $800 US. Later for at least $700 US. You will never find real flash memory at $20 US in these sizes, you will buy a fake.
